Privacy Policy

What Orbio Labs LLC collects when you use Orbio, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have.
01About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Orbio Labs LLC (“Orbio”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use orbio.so, the Orbio API, the dashboard, the tools, the launchpad and the protocol interface (the “Services”). Orbio Labs LLC is responsible for the information processed through the Services.
02Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, the name and email on a Google account you sign in with, and the wallet addresses you connect, through our authentication provider, Privy.
- Payment information: purchase records from Whop, our payment processor, such as the amount, date and status of a payment and the name, email and billing address given at checkout. Whop handles your full card details; we do not receive them.
- Usage records: for each request, the model or tool used, token counts, cost, timing, status and the key that made it. We keep these records to bill and operate the Services. We do not store the text of your prompts or of model responses.
- Tool content: what a tool needs to deliver its result, such as a generated media link, a reference image you provide for a character, or the identifier of a social account you connect for posting. Social accounts are connected through Zernio, which holds the authorization; we keep an account identifier, not your password.
- Communications: messages and feedback you send us, and the email address you send them from.
- Device and network information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Public blockchain information: wallet addresses, transactions and balances on public networks.
03How we use information
- to provide, operate and maintain the Services, including routing requests and settling balances;
- to process payments and keep accurate records;
- to secure the Services and prevent fraud, abuse and prohibited use;
- to respond to support requests and send service messages;
- to understand how the Services are used and improve them;
- to measure and improve our marketing; and
- to comply with law and enforce our Terms.
04Model and tool providers
When you make a request, its content is sent to the provider your request is routed to, such as a model provider reached through OpenRouter, or Phala or NEAR AI for private inference. Each provider processes your request under its own terms and privacy policy. With private inference, your request is encrypted to the provider’s attested environment and Orbio relays it without reading it.
06Analytics and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and the Google tag to understand which of our ads bring people to Orbio. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and Meta and Google process the data under their own policies. You can limit them through your browser settings and through the ad settings Meta and Google provide.
07Blockchain information
Public blockchains are transparent by design. Transactions, wallet addresses and balances are visible to anyone and are recorded permanently on networks we do not control, so they cannot be changed or deleted on request.
08Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, keep accurate financial records, resolve disputes, secure the Services and comply with law. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why we hold it.
09Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. Never share your API key, private keys or recovery phrase with anyone, including us. If you believe your account is at risk, contact hello@orbio.so.
10International processing
Orbio and its service providers process information in the United States and other countries, which may have data protection laws different from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
11Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@orbio.so from the address on your account or with the wallet address involved. We may need to verify your identity, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may also complain to their local data protection authority. Where a legal basis is required, we process information to provide the Services you request, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing them, to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where we ask for it.
12Children
The Services are for people 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact hello@orbio.so.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Services and the law change. The effective date shows the current version, and we will give notice of material changes through the Services.
